Our group has a pathology platform located in the pathology department of the Comprenhensive Cancer Center Jean Perrin Cancer Centre. This platform is made up of :

  • a complete standard and macroscopic anatomo-pathology examination equipment
  • an automated IHC equipment (4 standard PLCs / total capacity of 138 blades per series and a customized PLC / 30 blades per series)
  • in situ hybridization and image analysis equipment.

In addition to the pathology platform, the group has molecular biology laboratories to perform:

  • new generation sequencing and measurement of gene expression using polymerase chain reaction amplification (agreement with FRANCE GRILLES).
  • CICS and 3D FISH cellular imaging
